In ARMTI, the participant is king. ARMTI facilities, organisation
and culture are built around the provision of optimum service to our participants (in all facets). To facilitate this a participant's welfare officer is assigned. Apart from this every ARMTI Staff is a potential 'waiter ' on participants. In ARMTI we recognize two major categories of participants' needs :-
Training needs:
- These are satisfied by our courses which are based on needs study,
and are therefore, practical and problem-solving.
Social needs:
- These are satisfied by our facilities which include health care and catering services,
as well as ,a wide range of in-door and out-door recreational and sporting activities. Apart from
this ARMTI participants are also taken on educational visits and tours to historical places and
tourist attractions within and outside Kwara State.
